Scandal Season 3 Mid-Season Wrap-Up

Well, I’ve finally caught up with the present season of ABC’s Scandal. Is it just me or is the quality of this show going downhill fast? Let me explain what I mean. Before the show premiered I had my doubts, and after I watched the first two episodes those doubts weren’t entirely dispelled; however, around episode three of the first season I was hooked. Things rolled along, I wasn’t thrilled that Henry Ian Cusick decided to leave the show before season two (maybe he had the right idea), and it didn’t really effect things after he did (but please come back Henry, like now! We need your sexy ass).

Anyway, despite cast departures, and a shaky start, last Spring the season ended strong. This Fall, going into the mid-season, not so much.

TV Review: Skins Fire

After viewing the first two episodes of E4’s SKINS: Fire, I didn’t know what to think. This is the final season of the popular teen drama and the creators decided it was best to go out revisiting characters from generations one and two. I understand the logic behind that, given those duo installments had a lot of loose ends, but Fire, did little to tie some of them up.
